How long is my Illinois judgement good for?

What is the name of your state? Illinois

I have a judgement for 638K.
How long is this good for in Illinois?
Can it be renewed?
If I cannot collect by this time, can I sue again and get another judgement?
Or, considering 9% intrest will accrue, can I just keep updating the judgement - there by extending the life?

Thanks

Not past the 20 years.

Depends on what you mean? On the original contract no. On the failure to pay the judgement maybe.
