How to make them stop calling me?

Maryland

I keep getting calls from Green Tree service about a defaulted Discover card I never had or is in my credit file. I want the calls to stop, but they won't send me anything in the mail(I asked for verification) so I could get their address. I intend to request they verify and stop calling me by certified mail.

1. Anyone know their address?

2. Anyone have links to the proper forms?

Their number is 1-651-293-3434

ThanksWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The next time they call, tell them you'll send them a money order. What is your address please?

Not so easy is it, there are several with varying names, addresses, and zip codes. I'm thinking they don't want to be found so can I report them without sending letters?

I noticed you deleted your response, so I'm sorry for mentioning it.

I would also add that the St. Paul BBB would probably have a file on them if they are fraudulently attempting to collect a fictitious debt. Contact them via the website.
MN has different debt collecting laws than any other state I've come across. This is very strange.
