A CA using cell phones is unlikely. As to how many times a day can they call, it depends on whether or not someone answers.

It comes up on my caller ID wireless caller. my caller ID shows the number that called when I play my messages back on my answering machine. So I know that they are using a wireless phone. I had thought that more than 1 call a day is considered harrasment. I am not home much and sometimes my husband answers. and they still call again the same day. an either leave messages or hang up.
