I have a judgement

What is the name of your state? Illinois

I currently have a judgement for $638k. I am in the process of garnishing wages and I want to levy the bank accounts as well. My guess is that the levy will only work once (I think they will close the account). I believe that after the initial levy, the spouse will sign over paychecks to the other spouse and deposit them in a single account in their name.

My question: If I can prove that this is happening, can I levy this account as well? Even though it's not in the judgements debtors name.

More info: This person is a doctor and makes over 300k per year.

For that kind of money, you can afford a lawyer. Get one to tackle this guy. Would you try to cut your own hair? Would you try to fix the transmission in your car? Why would you try to practice law on yourself?
