My husband and i are in the process of finalizing a mortgage modification.
Unfortunately, we just found out that we have to resend the same documents
we already sent. I made copies of what was already sent. This morning
I started going through the documents we are to resend, and i have
come across another persons modification paper work. This proves that whoever is processing this mortgage company Modification paperwork is needs to be talked to. Thats 3rd party disclosure and the paperwork is in our possession.
