i wish i knew then

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? north carolinancoln

i had just turned 17 and my father (who is dead now) enrolled me into lincoln tech
he obtained financual aid but iwas unaware i was cosigning a student loan. am i leagally
responsible for this loan that's killing me today?

Yes, you are liable for signing a document saying you would repay money you got.
