Well I will call the court and see if it is real. Even if it wasn't I'm still obligated to pay this debt.
If a case has NOT been filed, then sending you a copy of a summons is likely a violation of the law.

I suspect that you are being sued, and I predict that you will be subject to a default judgment, and I also predict that you won't find out about it until you owe even MORE. Why? Because you lied to them.
