I am answering an information subpoena.
One question asks for names, addresses, and account numbers of all bank accounts. They ask for copies of 3 most recent bank statements for each account, that contain funds that are from exempt sources. I have a total of about $150.00 in my accounts that are not from exempt sources.

Can they freeze these accounts and take this money ?

I understand there is a $1000.00 exemption. Do I need to file a separate exemption form ?

Another question asks if I have personal property that exceeds $1000.00, which includes car, furniture, appliances,cash on hand, I then must itemize these items.

My total assets including bank accounts are less than $1000.00.
