JETX-I have a question for you

What is the name of your state? TN

I was just reading your response on a post about the SOL for debt collection being frozen if the person moves out of state. I had posted before about a repo I had 10 yrs ago and haven't heard from them since 98. The debt was incurred in Ky, but I moved to Tn right after. We did move back to KY for 4 years, and are now in Tn permanently. I am not sure how the 'frozen' SOL works. Does this mean they could still come after me at any time? The SOL for Ky is 15 yrs. Tn is 6. But if the thing is frozen, am I ever out of the woods? Thanks.
