undefinedCAWhat is the name of your state? CA
I HAD A BUSINESS 9-1/2YRS AGO. THERE WAS A CONTRACT FOR YELLOW PAGE ADVERTISING. THE SALES PERSON PUT IN A LARGER ADD THAN WANTED AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE PAID FOR BY SPONSORS HE WOULD OBTAIN. HE NEVER OBTAINED ANY. THE BUSINESS WAS CLOSED DOWN IN 1996. APPARENTLY THERE WAS A LAW SUIT FILED AND JUDGEMENT OBTAINED. I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT IT. I WANT TO PROTEST AND DON'T FEEL I OWE THE MONEY IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HAVE THIS JUDGEMENT REMOVED. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL RENEW THE JUDGEMENT EVERY 10YRS AND KEEP ADDING MONEY UNTIL PAID. WHAT CAN I DO??

Didn't you get notice of this?

It's too late now, I am afraid.

BUT if this business has gone out of business, this should die on the vine.
