What can I do ar this point to fight this?
Old credit card, creditor sold account to lawf firm, law firm won a judgement in court that i didnt show for. Lien against home, bank account is randomly emptied by law firm. Now paper work filed by law firm to add over $1000 in interest in fees because a year has past. Can I fight this? If i dont have the money to pay the hugh amount?
