The other ones they were paying and had paid off 2 weeks after my summons. last week I received a judgement for the plaintiffs for the entire amount. I had called and could not get in contact with the agent I was dealing with but left messages saying they were being paid. They refused to talk to the ins company and the HR person of my work. But both left messages stating these claims were paid for already or in process. What do I do? Can I appeal or am I outta luck? |
Q: Can I appeal or am I outta luck?
A: Yes, but you should've had this taken care of way before now. Your appeal will probably be denied; sounds like you didn't fight it in court.
