Judgement on Newly aquired propertyWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC If someone has a judgement against them and then some time later aquires a new car or other property can the judgement be used to take that new item? Is the Judgement on the property you own at the time it is issued? |

| A judgment in North Carolina is valid for 10 years and can be renewed for additional 10 year periods.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).
