| | | judgement question What is the name of your state? MO
an ex friend filed a judgement against me 2 years ago. I did owe her the money but we had a verbal agreement to pay when I could, but she got mad about something else and sent me to court in retaliation. whatever. I didn't care. I told the judge that I owed her money. I could've lied, especially since my mother was at court, it would've been 2 against 1. but i was honest.
so anyway, she collected a portion of it by garnishing my wages. then she lost interest in her beef with me and let it go. I've also somewhat mended fences, and have been a customer at her bar for over a year, and have spent almost $1500. I only owe her $555.
Can i file a release of that judgement, and consider her profits from me as satisfying the debt? |

What would I need to present to the court when I am ready to file a release of judgement? |
