Judgement rights in NC

What is the name of your state? North Carolina

What rights does a bank have with an unsecured loan? If they file a judgement against you what rights does that give them?

If they go to court and win a judgment, they may be able to garnish wages or attach a lein to any properties that you may own now or in the future. The judgment gives them a longer amount of time in which to collect as the SOL for the debt no longer applies.
