Question

judgements ???

What is the name of your state? OR
I am to go to arbitration most & most likely the date will be in the next 7 weeks the court said. WWA has not even provided information that this is even my debt, and from the information filed I am not even positive it was mine as I have not had a CC in 3 years.

I hear no one wins in arbitration but the CC company's. My questions is if I do lose,I work for myself, little or no money in account, and the only thing I have are two vehicles,1 valued at $15K kelly trade in but I owe $17,500, and the 2nd I owe $0 and KBB trade in is $2700. Oregon exemptions is $1700 each per husband & wife. I have no house. Oregon is not a community property state, and both our names are on vehicles.

Can they lien or force a sale? I am in the process of filing BK but taxes have to be filed first and not estimated to be done until July.

Are exemptions the same in Judgements as in BK? Can they come in with a sheriff and just take what they want?

What else can they do?
