Judgment against me...

What is the name of your state? Florida
I have a judgment against me from defaulting on a credit card ($5k plus $5k interest) and am now called a "judgment debtor." I have been sent a "fact information sheet" asking for my bank account, savings account, credit card account, VIN from my car, tag number from my car, etc. The lawyer has stated that the sheriff may been sent to my house to foreclose on it, sell my car and furniture and garnish my wages. I make $12 an hour and every penny I make goes to pay the mortgage. I have looked into bankruptcy but that is not an option at this time. Do I have to provide the law office with all my personal information? And am I in danger of loosing my home and car over this credit card debt? Thank you in advance for any and all information and comments.
Additional info-I have great equity in my home but could not afford a higher mortgage to tap into it to pay this debt. I also own two cars out right. A 1996 and 1997 model so they are eleven and twelve years old. Not worth much about $4k for the one that runs.

Yes you have to provide it. Failing to do so could result in being arrested.

The odds of losing your home in Florida are slightly better than the odds of getting struck by lightening while wearing clown makeup and sitting on the President's lap on the fourth Sunday of April. It could happen, but I wouldn't start packing.

They might levy one of the cars; but they will probably simply place a lien on your house and seek other avenues. They can garnish your wages and you can file exemptions on other property.
