I make $12 an hour and every penny I make goes to pay the mortgage. I have looked into bankruptcy but that is not an option at this time. Do I have to provide the law office with all my personal information? |
Yes you have to provide it. Failing to do so could result in being arrested.

The odds of losing your home in Florida are slightly better than the odds of getting struck by lightening while wearing clown makeup and sitting on the President's lap on the fourth Sunday of April. It could happen, but I wouldn't start packing.

They might levy one of the cars; but they will probably simply place a lien on your house and seek other avenues. They can garnish your wages and you can file exemptions on other property.
