judgment exemptions? help

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? florida

my dad is in an assisted living facility...he is behind on credit card bills . he received a letter today from an attorney requesting payment..he owns no property,,,no house or car....he gets social security and pension..can either of these be taken if a judgment is filed against him for the payment...i have heard no for the social security but what about his pension or both...thanks
