Kicked Again!!!

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?IL

I received a copy of my credit report and a ca had
rec'd a copy via "inquiry analysis".
I have a judgement against me that always shows under
"account review inquiry". I called cra they said call ca. so i
called ca and was told thats the way they pull all credit reports for review. blah, blah,,, so i filed a complaint with ftc.
is this legal? my question is does the 3rd party ca have a right to run my credit at free will. The cra said they would remove if i got letterhead from ca to remove but they wont. how often can they run my report if this is legal.
what should my next step be? My score went down. please help.

Yes, it is legal for them to pull your report. They have permissible purpose because you have an account with them. They can pull as many times as they like, so long as they have PP. They will lose PP only when you pay or settle it.
