| | | Late fee What is the name of your state?Australia
I received a $750 late fee on a video recently, however in the entire time it was out, I never received any kind of notification or reminder about the video. Also, when I finally did received something from them yesterday, it stated that my bill was about $450, and that further action would be taken, should I fail to pay this fee. When I went to the store to discuss this, the bill suddenly became $750. I think that this inconcistency, and failure to send any notification or even call, on their part makes this bill somewhat invalid. Can they pursue legal action? |

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
