Law suit

What is the name of your state? Michigan
I cosigned for a new jeep in 2004.
In 2005 I became disabled.
The lone went into defalt and the jeep was repoed.
I am being sued now for the $10,000 still owed after resale.
I own very little. I have a house that I still owe over $70,000.
I have a 86 Olds.
I get disability from the US government.
What can the do to me?

A: They can latch on to the assets that they can latch onto under your state's laws.
