Lawyer Won't Release Restraint

What is the name of your state? NY
I received a judgment for an old cc acct. My first knowledge of it came when my bank acct. was frozen. I filed a vacate judgment with the court. I had been sending Western Union quick collect payments every month for $100. Went to court and settled with the lawyer. He created a stipulation I would pay 100 dollars every month for 20 months. Stipulation said they would release my bank account. (did not say within 24 hours) but, said he would. We signed in front of the judge and got it stamped by the court. It is week later and my bank acct is still frozen. The legal department at the bank said they have not received a release. The lawyer said he has faxed it several times. I asked if the bank could fax me something in writing that they have not received a release form. They said, "that is not possible". What can I do to have my bank account released?

Call the attorney and ASK HIM ?? Tell him the bank has no record of his alleged faxes and find out if he will MAIL the release to the bank. Ask him for a COPY of the alleged release.
