lien on my bank account...help!

What is the name of your state?NY
please see next post a lien was placed on my bank account from a bill I owed a dentist, who never even finished the work because I had such a horrible experience. If I wasn't served properly, can I get this judgement withdrawn? plese see next post rbye88
