looking for a serious representaive of a small business

What is the name of your state? California

The owner of a small business (housekeeping service) in California is looking for a serious representaive who will be able to collect company's debt accounts.
Short description of a business situation:
About 50% of the customers pays for the ordered services on time (after each service or by mail), unfortunately another 50% in time starts to ignore our bill statements, phone calls and reminders, and at the end they cancel all services. We tried to use collectors agencies but even those companies were not effective (therfore we are not interested in cooperation with them). We have no opportunity to use a small claim court because it will take forever to run the single cases for services worth from $70.00 to $1500.00 and there are no legal chances to combine those cases and sue all my customers at the same time. Average business loss for last two years is estimated between $15000.00 to $ 20000.00.
Please, contact me on my PM - only serious offers or advices
Thank YouWhat is the name of your state?

I understand what you are up against. I had a similar problem and tried many of the same ways you did. I had NO luck with collection agencies because of ALL the collections I've given them NOT A ONE was ever recovered. Every agency claimed they were different and would be able to collect but they weren't. If the people don't want to pay, they're not going to pay. I tried the small claims court route and now a a room wallpapered with judgements -- not a one has ever been paid. Seizing assets is very costly and difficult here. I thought of hiring Guido to break kneecaps but that would have ended MY career. Now, I've gotton to the point where although frustrating, I try not to let the losses bother me too much. I screen my customers after they file a credit application. I try to call quickly after they exceed their terms and if some don't pay, I write it off and don't do any more business with them. As long as it doesn't hurt my bottom line too much, I don't let it bother me. If it's a business and the amount is significant, I will file the judgement against them but so far I don't see that it ever made a difference...
