A lot of money for nothing

What is the name of your state? Arizona. The divorce decree stated that she was responsible to pay for the car that she got. She failed to pay and the car was repossed. Now the creditor wants me to pay the balance. Am I responsible?

If the loan was in your name, or you were a co-signer on the loan; yes
