What is the name of your state? OH - I dint have the medical insureance and received the emergency medical treatment at the hospital. I applied for the Financial Assitance in the hospital but got reject. Now I am not able to pay my bills. What will be the consequences if I dont pay the bills. Thanks.

What do you think the consequences will be?

If you don't pay up, they will sue you and get a judgment against you. Then they have any number of legal ways to make you pay up, including garnishing wages, seizing bank accounts, seizing other assets you may have, and placing a lien on any property you may own.

It would be better if you found a way to make payment arrangements.
