medical bills/bankruptcy?Colorado I have horrible credit due to many medical bills. Will bankruptcy help me at all? Horrible credit= 25+ bad judgements on credit, 2 non medical.....I just simply dont have the means to pay...bills date back from current to 1995. Any thoughts? |

| Good grief -- 25 judgments !! ![]() ![]() Yes, bankrutpcy WILL help you, it will remove the burden of the judgment debts and make those judgment unenforceable, null and void. Once you are relieved of those, you will get a fresher start and will, eventually, have better credit, but you WILL have to rebuild carefully and live within your means.
