medical bills/bankruptcy?

Colorado

I have horrible credit due to many medical bills. Will bankruptcy help me at all? Horrible credit= 25+ bad judgements on credit, 2 non medical.....I just simply dont have the means to pay...bills date back from current to 1995. Any thoughts?

Good grief -- 25 judgments !!

Yes, bankrutpcy WILL help you, it will remove the burden of the judgment debts and make those judgment unenforceable, null and void. Once you are relieved of those, you will get a fresher start and will, eventually, have better credit, but you WILL have to rebuild carefully and live within your means.
