Mobile Home Repossession

The mobile home is in Oklahoma and I live in Texas. I am considering letting my mobile home go back to the mortgage company. I know I owe more than it is worth. How will they make me pay the difference? Will they require it all at once or will they let me pay it out. I guess what I am wondering is: will I be paying more than I am now for the actual payment?

Q: How will they make me pay the difference?

A: They will get a judgment against you in Oklahoma, carry it down to Texas and get it registered/domesticated there, and then latch onto whatever property you have in Texas (e.g., money, paycheck, land, whatever). Your credit will also be ruined.

**A: or they will hunt you down, take you to the middle of the desert and
tie you up with wet leather straps. Then leave you for the vultures.

BelizeBreeze, I corrected your posting;
THEN They will get a judgment against your estate in Oklahoma, carry it down to Texas and get it registered/domesticated there, and then latch onto whatever property you have in Texas (e.g., money, land, whatever).
