What is the name of your state?Alabama
I own my home that's it, $50,000 in equity.
I do have 2 older cars in my name both paid for, other than that it's just
usual stuff, no jewelry of anything like that.
You say I can file bankrupty? 7 or 13?
What would this intell, I could come up with the filing fee but lawyers fee
are another matter, everytime I contact a lawyer it seems there just interest
in their fees and give me the run around.
Would love to find a honest attorney that didn't charge a arm and a leg.
Don't need to get further in debt.
What would I need to do?
Suggestions???
