I cosigned for my daughter to buy a 2004 jeep. I was working full time when I co signed.
In 2005 I became disabled and am now getting disability from the goverment that is only 60% of the wages I was making.
My daughter defalted on the lone and had the jeep repoed. I am being suied for the remaning $10,000
I have only a home that I have payed on for 4 years and owe alot on yet.
What can they do to me?
