What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Texas
I am the newly elected President of a National Incorporated Club. A member of our club got an advance of $6000.00 that was to pay for the expenses incurred by the club. I have been unable to get the member to produce contracts, bills, or receipts to prove where the clubs money was spent. The membership has made many individual requests to me to produce this information. Is there any legal action that can be taken?

Yes. You can bring a lawsuit. I can't predict the chances of success.

Try consulting with the national HQ of your club. My guess is they have seen this before and might have some suggestions for resolution.
