Need Answers

What is the name of your state? I reside in Louisiana, I need to know what the statue of limitations are for a judgement in my state. I received a judgement on a leased automobile that I have returned and had some overextended mileage on it. I received the judgement in 2002, and gave it to my bankruptcy attorney who filed it with my chapter 13 bk case, in 2003. I was dismissed from my bk case because I became ill and was no longer able to work. They was not paid anything because I was only in the bk for less than 12 months.(9 mo.) I am now receiving harassing phone calls and threats on beiong sued if I don't pay. I am currently receiving social security benefits, and need some advice.
