Unhappy

In need of help

What is the name of your state? Ca

If I have a credit card attach my wages and or checking account, can they attach my husbands if I am on the account as an authorized user only?

You have three posts with the same heading and different questions. The questions in the other two are very similar, and you should probably consolidate the bankruptcy and credit card issues in your post in the Consumer Bankruptcy forum and possibly use a different heading to avoid this confusion.

As to the question that you’ve posted here, the answer is yes. CA is a community property state. You’re on the account. It’s treated as community. If he works, half of his wages are also subject to garnishment for your personal debt.
