need help

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tx
I am being sued by a creditor and I need to write a letter within 20 days to the courts, can I do this by myself without a lawyer? I cannot afford to pay both the creditor and the lawyer. What do I need to say in the letter?

Depends. Do you have a basic understanding of English??

Sorry, but you don't get a choice. The lawyer is now representing the client (creditor). Pay the lawyer is the same.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Yes, you can file your answer without a lawyer, but you'll need to have a sound understanding of the rules of civil procedure for the court you're being sued in. If you don't, you're likely to end up with a default or summary judgment issued against you and quite a few people have found out.
