Need help to get paid!!!!!!

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Florida

To whom it may concern:
My ex business partner and co-owner of a firm here in miami owe me still a referral fee of 7.5% over 2 small orders that were placed last year with their company. The amount owed is aproximately US$ 8,000 and I have received US$ 2,500 last year but have a hard time collecting the remaining US$ 5,500.00.
Can I gear my collection efforts towards the LLC and personally towards my ex business partner at the same time???? Also can I individually report my ex business partner to the 3 credit report agencies for non-payment??? I feel that this will be the only tool I have in order to get finally paid.
I very much appreciate any help you can assist me with.
Thank you in advance,
Paul

You can file your lawsuit against anyone you think could be liable. The court will then determine who really is.

No. They don't take 'complaints' from non-subscribers. And even if they did, they don't take unsupported claims without any proof.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Help 2 get paid

From: CA

Not a lawyer but a paperwork gal. So I wonder:
1) What made them give you the initial payment? Was it a verbal or written agreement? And what was in that agreement that stated what would happen after that initial portion was paid? Clarify again with your "partners" or, tally how much time you've spent trying to collect and see if you've spent more trying to collect. Some folks never get anything...even WITH contracts.

Good luck.
