Need help in Ma


I'm in the Boston, MA. Quincy acutally. Need allot of advice. No money to pay for an attorney. Somefrom from the J.A. Cambece from Peabody send me with a demand letter. Did allot of research and about to send him a letter of validation. I made the biggiest mistake of my life with all the research. I picked up the phone on July 3rd and one of his lawyers ripped me to shreds. Then got an e-mail an hour later and then in the mail received a demand letter on monday 7/7 thretening me with eveverything you can think of. I am 53 year old woman and about to be homeless. I fell 2 months behind with my condo mgt but made a 9 month repayment plan.
Have 8 months to catch up and will not be in default. If I get wage my garshment I will be in a rooming house. Have no savings and work 2 jobs, days and evenings. Help!!!!!
I cannot bankrupt until 12/5/2008 because embaressinly I went chapter 7 8 yrs ago 12/5/2000. Went through a divorce and I was getting back on my feet. Now i'm drowning.
Any advice about the validation letter i will send him today via fax and registered mail.
Any advice from anyone? Thanks in advance.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Try going to www dot creditboards dot com. There is a LOT of great info there, and lots of very knowledgable people.

Make a payment plan with your creditors or go bankrupt. Don't waste your time on a validation letter. Is the debt good or no? If yes, see above. If no, when they sue you answer with your defense.
