Need Help, Mitchell N. Kay Files a civil lawsuit.

What is the name of your state? New York,

Hi,
I had a debt with American Express for $3,534 which off $2,000 where interests .

On saturday, I recieved a letter by mail stated Consumer Credit Transaction that i am being sued. What are steps on beating this any help appreciated .

Beg. borrow or steal the money to pay them. You are not going to beat Amex.
