NJ Payday loans HELP!!

What is the name of your state? New Hersey

Ok, my first post. I took out three payday loans, that I am not able to pay back and have enough money to live of off. I did them online. I opened a new checking account and plan on closing the old one and then calling and setting up a payment plan with them. Will this work? Can they get my new account information and get money without my authorization?? I plan on just paying through money orders each week and not givnig them my checking info. HELP!

They wouldn't be able to seize any money in your checking acct. unless they got a judgment against you.

Or you could stop playing games and simply pay back the money you stole.

Absolutely correct! Refusal to repay a loan weather it be to a person whom helped you out or a financial institution. Refusal to pay back money is the same as "STEALING"!
There is no way to "SUGAR COAT"! the issue. When push comes to shove, if a judgement is granted that will cause you more heartache than if you would have made an honest effort to pay the debt. Keep that in mind! Happy Holidays! God Bless!

If you feel closing certain accounts and reopening new ones etc, is going to protect you from the accounts being seized, good luck. If a Civil Judgement is entered, you will be asked to supply the courts with all employment information, salary information, possibly copies of Income tax returns, all active bank account information etc. The courts will clearly tell you if you lie about this information and it is discovered, you can be punished by the courts. But attorneys and courts have ways of finding out about your bank account information. If court orders are executed, the banks or financial institutions must surrender your personal asset information..

Ok perhaps I was unclear, or maybe I was not. I plan on PAYING BACK THE MONEY. And I am not trying to get out of paying them back, I have no intention of doing that. What I want to do is pay them back a lesser amount each week so I have some MONEY to feed myself and my child. Thanks for the "free advice" though.

Oh nevermind, I was right, I did actually post that I was going to pay back the money. Gee, go figure. How do I cancel my membership here?
