no money/job

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OR

If you had a credit card that was charged off and the new company took you to court for not paying and you have no job, no money or assets. what will happen? If you have no money how will they make you pay?

How does hard labor sound? Maybe if you expend enough blood, sweat and tears you'd start thinking about doing things the civilized way and get a job

Is there a reason that you are not able to work? How about McDonalds??

You can get hired today if you wanted to... pay your bills.

To answer your question-nothing they can do right now.
But, the judgment will be active for years if not decades and continue to accure interest. At some point in your life, you may well have assets and the judgment holder will pounce.
