Nonpayment of medical bills

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida. Can a hospital put a lien against a vacant lot for non payment of medical bills?

If the hospital sues you and obtains a judgement, they can go after any non-exempt assets with lein or possibly even seizure/forced sale. I doubt a vacant lot would fit any exemptions.
