Notice of right to have exemptions designated

What is the name of your state? North Carolina

I live in N.C. and have a judgment against me from an old divorce from 12 yrs ago. Now they want property that I own. I am remarried now with two children and have no income; do not work; I personally own nothing in my name...Can they touch anything my new wife has since we are still married? What can they actually do to me?

No, they can't touch your wife's property.

Doesn't sound like a whole lot, actually. If your name is on any bank accounts they will grab that though.

thanks for answering me! I made sure 12 yrs ago that i would never have anything in my name again.She did it all anyway.
