Ohio Hospital bill and Apt lease

What is the name of your state? Ohio , Hello hope some one can help, I have a emergency hospital bill from 1999 and a Apt lease I broke from 2000, that have been sent to collection , the one with the hospital bill calls about 2 times a year since 2000 and sends no letters, and the one with apt about the same but they send letters a couple times a year, my big question is I recently disputed these on my credit report and they were removed, I have also asked both for proof of debt and all the sent me was itimized bills, I have tried to search the SOL for ohio and I get alot of diffrent answers, is the SOL passed on these debts? I just cant figure out why after years of saying they are going to sue they havent, the hospital bill is over 3,000 and the apt 2,000 but the apt has added about 1,000 worth of things they cant because I got paper work to dispute it, if anyone can help I would appreciate it, Thanks.

For all intents and purposes, the SOL on debts in OH is 15 years. You're not even close yet.
