ohio wage garnishment

What is the name of your state? ohio

Is there any remedy for wage garnishment in ohio, once the order is in place? Can we file for the appointment of a trustee to divide up the 25%? We can't pay our bills with this amount coming out.

You can file bankruptcy.

You can file a petiton with the court to reconsider based on hardship -- not very good odds of getting that approved, though.
