one more questoin

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I was told by someone yesterday that they dont think that I will be able to file a police report due to the SOL on these debts that were on my husbands report.

Can you tell Me 1) is this true and 2) what is the SOL in Arizona?

MIL, BIL and GM were the ones that used his information as explained in an earlier post. (they did this to Dh's sister as well )

one acct from 99 one from 2000 both charged off in 2001 never added to the credit report until recently (not sure why it wasn't)

however I called the police this morning with the information like was suggest and Dh's can go in and file a police report with no problems
