Options ?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas I own a corporation and a client of mine (an auto dealership) had their assetts seized by Chrysler Corporation. I am owed money but can not get through the red tape. The original owner who had their assetts seized is refusing to file for bankruptcy protection. This situation has been at a stalemate for 6 weeks now. What are my best options? |
