Question

Owed money

Fl

I loaned a small amount of money to my sister $800 when I ask for her to pay some of it back she started telling me her creditors are getting ready to granesh her wages. Now I've never heard of this except for deadbeat dads and maybe some government agencies. Can her wages be garneshed by a creditor without a court order or filing bankruptcy.?? Or could this just be another excuse not to start paying me back.??

NO! Just an excuse. They have to go to court, and get a judgment against her before they can garnish. You are correct, the only other way to have it happen is child support being in arrears, or government debts.
