Past due and delinquint on envelopeWhat is the name of your state?california I am in a dispute with a modeling school over my unpaid balance.Today I received a letter from them regarding my debt.On the outside of the envelope on the front ,it was stamped past due in two seperate spots, and delinquit in another. Is this illegal? If so,do I have any legal recourse? |

| You're probably referring to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act requirements. Unfortuneatly, the FDCPA only applies to collection agencies. The original creditor is under no such restrictions... |
