payday loan checksWhat is the name of your state? Wisconsin I got into some trouble with payday loans a while back, several checks were returned NSF, only one company ever pursued the claim and my wages were garished for payment. I've recently gotten communications from 2 other companies demanding payment on checks that were written nearly 3 years ago. Can they still take me to court if I refuse to pay them? If not, what do I tell them so they stop contacting me? thanks so much! Last edited by blueducky87; 10-22-2005 at 03:01 PM. |
