How about a couple for the SOL stale collection requests and another for form letters on validation requests.

What's the deal with all these old bills coming out of the woodwork? I guess everyone's going through their files, expecting hard times, you know.

My guess on the old bills is that the junk debt buyers bought some new portfolios at the start of the year and are dredging the swamps.
