please help

What is the name of your state?florida

If I received a summons for a pre-trial conference and I got a complaint that was filed against me, but at the end of the complaint there is a letter that says they are giving me a stipulation for entry of final judgment withheld, If I make arrangements with them will I still have to go to the pre-trial conference.

The letter says it is my last chance to avoid going to court. I never received a letter like that in the mail and the letter attached to all these documents has no date on it. I am confused and scared. Please help!

Make sure you read all that stuff closely. Some of those creditors are a crafty bunch and can word things or print things so it seems as if it's an official court paper. I'm not saying it's not legitimate and you should ignore it but look it over well
